Making a Donation to Academy of Hope

Nearly 90 cents out of every dollar donated to Academy of Hope goes directly to support our programs and services or, in other words, to directly support our adult learners.

We provide our services very economically. Whatever gift you decide to give will greatly help us to reach out to over 400 adult learners each year to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

To make a donation, follow the four easy steps below. If you have any questions, please contact our Executive Director, Lecester Johnson, at lecester@aohdc.org

1. Determine what giving level is most comfortable for you.

$1,922 helps support two GED students for one year
$961 supports one student for one full year;
$480 will pay for six months of classes for a student;
$240 covers three months of classes for one student;
$147 gives one student two months of learning;
$80 provides a student with one month of classes and supplies;
$50 covers nearly three weeks of studies and computer training for one student;
Gifts of $25 or $15 help our students tremendously, too.

It is also possible to make a monthly donation. If you would like to make a monthly commitment, simply indicate this on the giving slip (you can have your monthly donation automatically charged to your credit card for ease and convenience!)

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law
