Computer Classes

We are able to provide a variety of  classes in our networked computer learning centers. Classes are available for beginning to more-advanced students.  

Students enrolled in the daytime program may take advantage of our basic computer classes.  These classes cover the basics of computer literacy as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. 

In addition to basic computer classes we also offer Internet & Computing Core Certification (IC3) classes.  If you're focusing on a future in computers, or any field that requires the use of computers, the IC3 certification can set you apart from the crowd. Students who complete this program recieve an IC3 certificatate.  Classes cover computing fundementals, key applications, and living online.

IC3 Eligibility Requirements:You must be a DC resident, 18 years or older, have good Microsoft Office skills to enroll in the class and are able to attend all classes.
