asked to attend two Saturday morning workshops. Workshopes
for the SUMMER term will be:

25. If you are interested in volunteering for the SPRING term,

March 17.

Throughout the
term you will have the opportunity to work with staff on honing the art
of lesson planning. New teachers are often paired with a returning volunteer
who can show them the ropes.
Occasionally we will provide a supplemental mini-workshop or training
to assist you in your teaching. Topics might include things such as "Increasing
Reading Comprehension" or "Breaking Down Math Problem Solving."
These will be held in the evening or on a Saturday morning. Volunteers
working in the topic area covered are encouraged to attend.
